
Followed another recipe to the T and, again, it tasted really good, but didn't work. It just crumbles. These are supposed to be wheat germ crackers. Sounds gross, but they really are yummy. I'll be using it for crumbs in a casserole, not as crackers. So my quest is officially on. I want a cracker recipe that
actually works. I don't think I'm asking too much. And who are these goof balls that comment on an online recipe saying, "Oh, I love these!?" Are they cracked? Now if I were distracted or in brainy fog, I'd be thinking it was totally me. But not so this time. When I find one that truly works, I will post it.
Meanwhile, like the smudge on the camera lens? I'm quite sure it's Jacen's doing. Cute little stinker.
I love love love this grain mill! It scared the blazes out of poor Jace the first couple times I used it, but he'll get used to it. Maybe even like it as much as the vacuum. Can't wait to get a mixer and make my own bread! My boys will be the best fed little dudes in the neighborhood.

Now them are some interesting crackers... I have had wheat germ before and it is good, did you taste these to see if they were good:)
