Sleep deprivation = sick

Or should I say: MRI's = sick? There is something about the "respiratory assistance" that makes Jace come down with a sinus/throat/ear infection. Just like last time, a few days after the MRI, he came down with a massive infection. Two EEG's later, me and Aidan came down with it. So we are all feeling pretty punk and don't want to do much of anything for the 4th but blow our noses and sleep. Major party poopers as far as daddy is concerned. It doesn't require looking very hard to see the crusties on Jace's face, including the wild eyebrow effect. :) And I can't take a good centered photo of Jace these days to save my life! That little dude just comes running and wants to maul the camera. Silly boy.

Aidan has been to "Mindi's work" for a full week now and enjoys all his days there but the one with a different girl. (Sorry, can't remember her name, although I'm not so sure it matters.) She's not very into her job, and it shows. Aidan doesn't like her at all. And didn't want to go again, until I reminded him he'd be with Mindi again. So he went, sickness and all. (They knew he was sick and were fine with it.) I brought the antibiotics and numbing ear drops to keep him going. :)

Apparently Mindi taught him to somersault. I'm not exactly in the mood for somersaulting myself, and come to think of it, seriously doubt I could manage such a feet at this stage, so he's not getting it from me! They do art projects, play kickball, have a relay race or water activity, go to the park, parachute, swimming, and bowling every other week in rotation. He missed out on the swimming yesterday because of the ear infection though. I think he was fine with staying at the center with Mindi and the boss anyway. He was pretty wiped out, but still chose to be there.
