Aidan is going to St. Lukes Hospital tomorrow. His test starts first thing Monday morning. If everything goes really smoothly right off the bat, they could get it done in 24hrs, but it has the potential of lasting much longer. First I was told it could last a week. Then I was told it could be up to 3 days. Now I'm being told, again, that it could be a whole week. Stupid doctor... I should start taping him. (Can you tell I'm getting frustrated?) It took me turning into major pushy mom again to get it scheduled. I'm doing everything I can think of to make it bearable for him.Part of the problem with all this, is the seizures block Aidan's ability to communicate. The very thing I need from him to tell me what's going on, so we can get better help for him. I was floored this morning, when Aidan actually verbalized, it looks like "flashing lights" when he has a seizure.
Damon is still a sweet baby, putting up with all the car seat trips and hanging out in the chair or bouncer while I take care of his older brothers. Wish my back could handle more holding him.
