Homemade hot pockets

My phone camera doesn't handle movement well, obviously.
It's now a tradition that every Sunday afternoon (what will I do when our church is in the afternoon???) I make my batch of freezer pizza crusts. Instead of a 4th pizza crust, I use the dough for hot pockets. Just marble cheese and ham inside with pizza sauce for dipping. As you can see, the boys LOVE them. I use the dough recipe from Fabulous Freezer Meals cookbook, but use fresh ground whole wheat instead of white, and I put Homemade Gourmet's Spaghetti Sauce Mix in place of the Oregano, both in the dough, and the pizza sauce seasonings, as well as using Garlic powder for both instead of the minced stuff. Turns out really really yummy.
