So behind

I'm so behind on posts.  

So much has been going on, so much to record, but not enough non-migraine time to get it on here.

I want to take a minute to record something that happened the other day though, real quick.

I've always hated needing to be on the receiving end of service.  I think most of us feel that way.  I'd much rather be on the end of giving it and try to when I rarely get the chance.  I realize I serve my family, my boys especially.  But I'm referring to others. Usually I don't even know about what's needed though, because I sort of live in a bubble. :)

But the other day I was able to answer someone else's prayer, by saying a quick prayer myself, that I'd take what they needed...

With a very simple act.  But it blew me away, because I found out what it meant to them and how dead on the items were, without them having a clue who it came from.  Awesome!

Definite proof to me, that I was only His helper to do He wanted done for them.

I've had situations of being thanked, etc, but this was different because I've never met them even though they are a neighbor.

If we ask for opportunities to do this, He really does provide. :)
