Incentives update

Erin asked if the incentives for Aidan are working. Yes, but not all the time. I do believe his being 3 affects this. :) And this is totally new to him, so he's got to experience both the good and the bad with it. I realized I forgot to add that if he throws tantrums (that's my biggest complaint, for lack of a better word, about his behavior) he gets warnings. Third warning, his latest treasure box pick is "put away" and he doesn't get it back until he earns it back the same way he did the first time. For some reason, the tantrums aren't nearly as bad when it's just me and the boys, but when their daddy is with us, and we are in the car, tantrums are front and center. This past week we've had to leave the house several times with dad... so Aidan is currently earning back his Harold. Very sad little man when he realized what his tantrums had done. Since this is in the beginning stages, I'm not surprised at all he's having the bad already. So remind me to report in another month.
