He gets stickers for being tantrum free, doing nice things for his brother or others, you get the idea. When he gets 3 stickers in a row, he gets a Thomas trading card. When he gets 7 stickers in a row, he gets to pick from the loot box. (Right now it's just a cardboard box from Sam's, I plan to come up with something that closes and won't wear out.)

I think the chart thing is such a great idea! Are you just using a desk calendar or something? I'm trying to figure out something like that for my kids for their chores and homework. Any ideas would be appreciated. Crap, I wish I would have know earlier about how much Aiden likes Thomas. Dillon use to be obsessed with Thomas and we had so much stuff! I just gave it away recently cause he grew out of it.
This is good stuff... so has it worked?
