Aidan has been saying his own prayers for about a year now (?)... it's at least that. Anyway, he always says "we're grapeful for" over and over, but there was one we couldn't translate. In fact I'm quite embarrassed to report it took until this morning for me to finally get it. He never failed saying, "nasty for, name of Jesus Christ, Amen." It really bothered Lincoln. "What's he saying nasty about?" I am laughing, because I know Aidan well enough to know he didn't really mean nasty or anything close to it. I convinced him he shouldn't keep asking Aidan about it and let it go. After several months of it annoying his daddy to the max, his mother finally translated it to "ask thee for." Sorry Aidan, you have clueless parents sometimes, but we love you regardless.
