Jack

Can't have Alfie, without Jack. What's sad, is I really do know this.
At the hospital, the Anesthesiologist that set up and planned everything for the MRI, talked to Aidan for several minutes. Aidan had a Thomas shirt on, (big surprise, huh?) that had several engines featured. This man asked all sorts of questions about them, while calling them by name. The nurse asked, "how do you know their names?" in astonishment. To which he replied, "their names are printed on the shirt." Thank goodness for the shirt. In her defense, Aidan wasn't facing her, so she probably hadn't seen the whole shirt.
Today is better. Obviously, if he actually let me take a photo. I'm really hoping tomorrow will be too. I'd love to go to all of church.
Aidan's interview for developmental preschool is Tuesday. What's sad is that he could be having a great day when they do the interview. He cycles. So an hour is hardly an accurate assessment of his needs.
Jacen's first Shriners appt is in 3 weeks. So glad they accepted his application! If they tell me he will be fine without intervention, I will buy it. I'm not buying that claim from the same doctors who have been telling me for the last several months my boys were fine. Or from the Orthopedic Surgeon who claimed while looking me straight in the eye, "he doesn't have bowed legs." Please. Jace's legs were terribly bowed then. The x-rays make him look like those toy cowboys meant for riding the toy horses. We have one from the Lincoln Log set that comes to mind...
Sorry for the ranting. The boys are watching Otis and Milo. Or is it Milo and Otis? Anyway, they are totally entertained, unlike the usual just listening to a dvd. Guess I should get off this stupid computer and take advantage of it!

It's been a while since I checked out your blog, so I didn't know about everything going on with your kids. We'll certainly keep you all in our prayers. Good luck with figuring out what's going on and getting the right treatment/medication!
