Still alive, even though we all wanted to die

Aidan looks much better. Saturday morning he started having seizures back to back, over and over. Then the throwing up started. Like I've never seen before. My poor sweetie wasn't holding even the smallest sip of water down. 4 days of this. No sign of a let up. 2 IV's/ER visits later, the doctor said, "he's just got a virus that's hit him particularly hard because of the epilepsy." I said, "then how come it's been 4 days and none of the rest of us are deathly ill?" His response was, "good luck with that."
The following morning Jace and I became "deathly ill." But we are okay now. Even though, yesterday, we would have gladly died just to be over it! This is a virus I would gladly vaccinate for. Course, it is probably the roto-virus that both my boys have been vaccinated for. So much for that.

You poor thing... I seriously do not know how you do it! It's just one thing after the next! You are a great mom, that's all I can say, and your boys are very lucky to have you. ;)

The roto virus is evil.. My oldest had to go to the ER~ it was awful.. there was no vaccine for it when she went..
