Jace is now climbing the windows too. He seriously needs a padded room. I've decided to (and this is really hard for me!) show no disgust or the big one here... concern/worry for his safety and simply pull him off with a big grin and happy upbeat voice saying, "Uh oh, Jace wants some time in his crib!" Making a happy jolly parade to the time out zone. He had turned what was curiosity and enjoyment of climbing into a way to get me and his dad riled up, and kept upping the anti. (sp?) Once I made the switch, he was so infuriated and angry! He threw a royal tizzy fit last night. Hmmm, I think he's experienced how I feel now. :) Definite keeper. (After the first couple times there's no parade, just a calm "uh-oh" and time out. He still gets really mad, because he knows we aren't letting it upset us anymore. He's doing it a lot less! Yea! Now if I could just get him to stop all the other really dangerous stuff. One thing at a time, I guess.)
