Jace has always had a very expressive face. As you can see here, he is beside himself with misery from the flu. Yes, that blob of stuff on the strap is snot. There was also a really big one behind his hands on his shirt. (Thank goodness he's hiding it, because it really was nauseating.) Ever since the surgery he hasn't been able to keep that stuff contained at all when he sneezes and it completely freaks him out, even several months after.
Why on earth did we venture out, you ask?
TISSUE.
I used it all up and we had to go get more.
This photo doesn't even do his look justice. He had tears welled up in his eyes that you can't really see in this.

Oh, he is so sad- I feel so sad for him, it's never fun seeing kids sick.. Poor thing.
