I was stunned when Aidan's therapist brought this to me. Aidan didn't do the stems or straight leaves, but he did the rest. I think moving OT to mornings was a good thing.
We are headed to PCMC for Jace's new neurologist and for Damon's extended hospital stay. I don't even remember if I posted about the last neuro visit for Damon. But the next step is more metabolic and genetic testing and a full extended eeg. So it's gonna be a long long week for Damon and me.
Cloth diapering is going well. Finding I love the Rumperooz for both boys during the daytime, and the Flips with Super Do inserts for night. Also finding that washcloths soak up too much wipe solution, that the pre-made ones from Thristies are a perfect balance of absorbency and wiping power. Very glad I ordered them! No more rashes, no more blowouts, and I've only had one leak that frankly, would have leaked with a disposable too, because I just plain forgot to change it. Yes, things are that crazy around here.
Jace is on a sleep medication that is doing NO good. I'm really interested to see what his new neuro will suggest. I hate drugging my kids if there is any possibility to fix the actual problem in the first place, and I suspect there is in this case.
After being told yet again, that Aidan is all the workers favorite and that they fight over getting to be with him, I found out Aidan is quite the ladies man at DT. Friday, when we went to leave, he put on his Wall-e sunglasses and started to swagger. I thought to myself: Is that a swagger? Wow, that's new! What is that about? We rounded the corner where several female workers were and then it started: Whistling, woohooing, and a flood of compliments. "Oh Aidan you are so handsome." "Aidan! You are so cool!"
Okay, I get it.
Okay, I get it.
And I'm feeling extremely old to have kids this young! I turn 37 today. Blah.
