I let the boys help me make homemade oreos today. We had a great time! They liked them without the filling best, so obviously I need to find a different recipe for that part. :) This one was way too sweet.
This is one of my current goals, to do some sort of fun project with all of them being part of it, everyday. Obviously Damon's part was taste tester only. :D
Now that Jace has complete free access to the rest of the house, getting school done with Aidan has been... let's just say a challenge.
I decided to make some schedule changes. And then rather than fight Jace, or try to give him something separate to do (because it wasn't working) that I'll just let him be part of it. This morning it worked fairly well, although it is distracting for Aidan... and me frankly. But we'll get through it. Jace knew some of the answers... so this will benefit him. It's just stressful for me. If only I could learn how to not it get to me!
