Dream Night

This year we actually knew about Dream Night at the Zoo.

So we went and the boys loved it. 

Aidan said his favorite animal was the lion. 

(There are at least two there, but the male wouldn't come out of the cave.)

He really like watching the otters swim too.

They had a lop bunny for petting right at the beginning, and Aidan, who usually shies away from petting anything, actually was willing.  It personally made me miss my Eeyore, Ginger, and Longstreet. :(

I would love to get the boys a rabbit for a pet.

I think Jace's favorite was the monkeys... he loves those crazy guys and there was one in particular that was putting on a show for us, she had quite the attitude and seemed to be break-dancing.

I think Damon just liked all of them.  He was really happy to be there until about 7:30 and then started to complain... he is NOT a night owl like Jace.

They got ice cream, animal cookies, zoo water bottles with lemonade, and darling stuffed animals at the end.

It was so nice to be able to take the boys and enjoy an evening... everyone was polite and it was fun having the staff there to talk to.  What a treat!
