Damon's 3rd

We ended up celebrating Damon's birthday late... without me being able to drive, and moving really slow, every minute Daddy had this past week was spent catching up on work.  I thought that I would improve, but my condition actually worsened, so I made the decision to celebrate today before it worsens more or just plain drags on.

Rockin' to one of the train apps, while waiting for me to finish getting ready.

Of course, it's Big Juds for a birthday lunch.  It's a little ritual for the boys to make smiley faces with their fry sauce while waiting.

Jace's. :)

Aidan doesn't participate, just waits patiently.
(And yes, I too wish I could hose their whole place down with hot bleach water.)

Lincoln took several shots.  Normally I wouldn't post more than one, but he got more than one that I actually like, so bare with me.  We went after going to tru for a couple last minute toy purchases.  I went in myself... big mistake.  Gripping the cart like I was, I had no business being in there alone.  Oh well, it's not like I've had to make these sort of choices before.  Getting into bjs was difficult, so this look on my face is actually a mix of relief for having made it to the table, and wanting to squeeze Damon and never let go.

Because I haven't been able to bake since Monday, we spent entirely too much on buying a cake.  He enjoyed it anyway. ;)
As he saw me put it on the counter to put the candles on, he ran and grabbed the stool from the bathroom to get a better view.
Again, I ended up getting several cute shots... something that doesn't normally happen.  So I'm taking advantage posting so many!

Wondering where Jace is?

Apparently this new train app is a hit. :)

Damon is just as obsessed with trains as his older brothers.  His favorite color is green... but then he calls everything green. lol  He loves to dance, run, be tickled, etc. and only stops moving when he's asleep... um, no that's not true, he even moves then.  He's doing amazingly well and we are so grateful for his progress.  He gives the sweetest little man kisses/loves.
We are so blessed Damon is part of our family!
