Experimenting

I was surprised to see these two so close without fighting. :)
This was the day Aidan had the heart monitor on.

The boys got a ton of rest on the way to the neuromuscular specialist, so they weren't nearly as bad as I'd been reporting. Grrr, hate how that works.  Anyway, because the cycle had clearly been broken, and to really make absolute sure we aren't going in the wrong direction with the thought activity level effects them so drastically, I had them do a few (just a bit, not much at all) normal kid activities.

 I let them play outside.

In between the spurts of activity Jace helped me bake cookies and listened to therapy music...
Aidan just rested watching Thomas videos...

The result was a whole lot of this and worse...
There is no doubt whatsoever that they are drastically affected by activity level, heat, sun, and sleep/lack of.  Aidan wouldn't even allow me to take a pic of him.  He hid his face and growled.

I knew that all this was affecting me.  But it was sort of fragmented in my mind with no real reason behind it other than the known epilepsy.

As for the appt info I haven't put up yet... Damon started his psych evals.  It's clear he doesn't understand most of what's being asked.  So the testing has shifted to mostly behavioral.  At this age, Jace and Aidan would have understood.  The fact Damon isn't, is sort of frightening to me.  And explains why it took so blasted long to semi potty train him. lol

He fell and hurt his knee pretty bad... is holding it while walking, even today.  Still smiles though.
Check out those natural spikes! :)

Jace's ipad snack cup. ;)  That was not at all what tupperware had in mind, but it works quite well for him.
