We would be celebrating Aidan's 10th birthday with him physically if we could. In spirit, will have to do.
This amazing boy...
Had me in awe the second I laid my eyes on him.
He was so precious, so sweet, so perfect, so angelic.
This boy came so fast too. They induced me, because of my heart... for both my safety and his.
But wow, once the induction started, this boy didn't waste any time. And it was a good thing, because he was in distress. He knew timing was important. :)
So these are some of my favorite photos of Aidan... and some of the most memorable...
Aidan was so smart, and such a sweet boy. As the regressions hit, he ached to have his body work again. It was heartbreaking. But he was so brave.
These three were always wearing me ragged. Trouble, I tell you. :)
I love these pics because they show their personalities perfectly.
He endured so many eegs.
And so many illnesses and falls and seizures.
And when he was baptized, he was absolutely angelic.
He would tell total strangers about it, randomly... I never knew when he would do it. Little missionary. :)
When he managed to get loose teeth out himself, he was so proud of himself! A big deal for a boy with autism.
Before he lost all his strength.
After the Gtube and Trach surgery.
Home on hospice.
Last car ride.
Last kiss from Jace.
Happy 10th Sweet Pea!!! We miss you and love you so so very much!!!!

After the physical stress of my father's funeral trip that had been in June, that Fall of 2013, he really started to struggle.
And went into pulmonary failure. After the Gtube and Trach surgery.
